Coastal East Anglia 2
The Naze, Essex
All landscape photographers have their favourite location close to home, a place which draws them back time and time again. The Naze, a remarkable and unusual stretch of eroding coastline close to the Essex town of Walton on the Naze, has that magnetic, enticing appeal.
This image was taken on a morning when the sunrise was, to put it mildly, disappointing. The company of photographer friends Dave Peck and Clive Burrow was more than adequate compensation.
Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens.
Exposure of 2.5 seconds at f/22.
