Derwentwater, Cumbria

It is hard at a location such as Derwentwater to identify a scene that hasn't been photographed before. In the end, if the conditions are right - as they were on the evening when this photograph was taken - you simply have to accept what is on offer; not a particularly difficult challenge when the Lady Derwentwater, resting on still waters at her moorings for the night, is the subject matter being offered.
