Lake District

An Unnamed Tarn, Cumbria

This quiet, isolated body of water lies a short distance from the extremely picturesque - and in Summer, extremely busy - Cumbrian village of Cartmel. One of Cartmel's claims to fame is the fact that the owner of its grocer's store invented the now world-famous Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens.

Exposure of 2.5 seconds at f/16.
