Combe Martin
Combe Martin is a fascinating, challenging and – all being well – rewarding location on the North Devon coast. The cove itself is reached by a drive along the length of one of the longest high streets in the country. The geology at this location is fascinating and, for an East Anglian photographer, utterly irresistible: barnicle covered wedges and ledges, twisting and turning strata on the cliff face, and rocks that appear above the water surface like the fins on a dragon’s back.
