St Mary’s Church can be reached by a one minute walk (or when accompanied by the dogs, a ten minutes’ walk) from our house in Bures. Like most British village churches, St Mary’s is a fascinating monument to the history of the village which it serves; further information can be found at the Suffolk Churches website.
