Coastal East Anglia 2
Sizewell
Sizewell may be best known for its nuclear power station, of which the reactor dome – resembling a giant white golf ball - is probably the most recognisable feature on the Suffolk coast.
Nearby, on Sizewell beach, lie items associated with a much older, and far less controversial, industry. Nets, ropes, boats and buoys: they may not be as prominent a feature of the location as the large rector dome; but they were cluttering this little piece of the Suffolk coastline for centuries before the giant golf ball appeared on the scene.
Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens.
Exposure of 1/12 second at f/16.
