Bodmin
An isolated tree stands in a rock-strewn landscape a short distance from the Cheesewring on Bodmin Moor. The Cheesewring itself, a remarkable natural formation of granite slabs piled one on top of the other, is a photogenic subject in itself, but a cloudless sky behind it disqualified it on this occasion. Fortunately cloud was gathering in the other direction – immediately behind this tree, and so all was not lost.
