Bures And About
Mount Bures
The sun sets over the meadows and valleys that lie a short distance from the hilltop hamlet of Mount Bures in Essex. Mount Bures is so named not because it aspires to be a peak, but rather because of the 12th century man-made mound that stands beside the village church and which, until the mid-18th century, was surrounded by a moat.
Exposure of 0.3 seconds at f/16.
